Reiki Treatment and Energy Work

Reiki is a technique developped in the late 19th Century that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is based on a ''laying on hands'' technique used by a practitioner who's role is to act as a conduit for the life force energy.  Each session is approximately 60 minutes in duration.

Distance Healing

Distance Healing is Reiki Energy that is ''sent'' through space and/or time to a recipient that is not physically present with the healer. This type of healing is equally effective.  It is usually done at a time set aside and agreed upon between the client and the Reiki Practitioner. Each session is of approximately 60 minutes in duration.

Reiki Treatment with Crystals

Crystals have been used for centuries for their capacity to store and amplify any energy they are meant to hold.  They possess the ability to stimulate physical and non-physical healing.  Crystals used during a Reiki treatment amplifies the life force energy and realign the energy field (aura) and the seven chakra points. As chakras can become clogged from stress or anxiety, using crystals during a treatment helps balance these energy points and promotes health, happiness and well-being. Each session is of approximately 60 minutes in duration and involves one or more layout(s) of crystals or stones on the body.

Reiki Level 1

During this 6-hour class you will be initiated in working with the life force energy called ''ki'' or ''chi''.  You will learn to provide treatment to yourself and others. This first level focuses on using Reiki energy to mainly heal physical issues. The cost includes the training material, the attunement to level 1, a certificate and refreshments during breaks. This level is delivered to a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8 participants.

Reiki Level 2

During this 6-hour class, participants will be initiated to the first 3 Reiki Symbols and their use. Those symbols increases the strength of the Reiki energy in dealing mainly with mental and emotional issues. Learning to send Reiki at a distance is also taught. The cost includes the training material, the attunement to level 2, a certificate and refreshments during breaks.  This level is delivered to a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of  8 participants.

Reiki Level 3

This level is the last step of the basic levels.  During this 10-hour course, participants are attuned to 2 new Reiki Symbols to help  expand their spiritual state. It also prepares the participants to the Reiki Master level by strengthening their connection to the Reiki energy.  The cost includes the training material, the attunement to level 3, a certificate and refreshments. This level is delivered to a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6 participants.
